Grounded in the principles of sustainability, equity, and inclusive growth, MACDP works to establish self-replicating model communities built around organized smallholder oil palm enterprises. Each community is structured to serve as a hub of economic activity, technical innovation, and social cohesion.

We combine practical agricultural training, land access, enterprise development, and infrastructure provisioning, guided by a national-scale vision to develop 1,000 communities across 200,000 hectares of farmland, creating over 5 million jobs across Nigeria.
